Overall Satisfaction with Realm

I utilize Realm for event planning, registration, and other communication within out congregation. Through Realm I am able to announce upcoming fundraising and other program events. I can reach out to people who may be interested in volunteering or people in our church community who may want to connect in other ways.

Realm, from my vantage point, has more ways to engage the community. It allows for planning and scheduling, but has a dashboard which allows the congregation to see ways they can connect and get involved in the community. Having graphics and links available is key for people who may miss other forms of communication from time to time.

Realm has been easy to access and works well for the size of our church. It can be hard to get people to buy in, especially those of a certain generation, but in other ways it has proven very useful and successful. I think as we continue to utilize the different aspects of the software we will find more people connecting and engaging.

Using Realm

100 - Our staff is required to have interface with Realm, especially in order to help the congregation engage in the life of the church. Everyone has a working knowledge of the software, but many of our user base are not employees of our company. The idea was to create a platform introducing the community to ways they can get involved and creating an easily accessible way to do so.
10 - Realm is very use-friendly, but we have had required trainings through the roll-out process. Our main IT personnel has given sessions on what tools we have at our fingertips and how to best utilize them. From there, we have also been trained on how to provide support for those who may be struggling to access Realm.
