Overall Satisfaction with Review Trackers
As part of our marketing department, we use reviewtrackers to monitor and respond to 14 different restaurants on multiple social media platforms.
- Alert updates
- Easy to navigate website
- Easy to respond
- Sometimes updates are slow
- Better customer service due to notifications
- But, most of the review sites already send notifications via email
This is the only tracking service I have used other than relying on the emails from the review sites themselves.
