Overall Satisfaction with ReviewTrackers
We use a white labelled version of ReviewTrackers through NRC Health. We chose this option instead of going directly through ReviewTrackers for a few reasons. We had three problems we were trying to solve:
- Manage received reviews for providers and locations in one place
- Request reviews from happy patients
- Implement positive reviews for providers on our provider profiles.
- Manage received reviews
- Solicit positive reviews on third party sites
- Track NPS scores of locations and providers
- Implementation was a bit of a pain. I personally had to do a good bit of work to ensure that all web properties were being tracked for each entity.
- Sentiment analysis is still in beta.
- Menu navigation doesn't always make sense.
- A little expensive, but very useful.
- Multiple user management helps us onboard employees outside of our department, facilitating communication.
