Overall Satisfaction with Sage Accounting
Sage Accounting is used as the full accounting suite for our day to day accounting. this encaptures, Bank, Suppliers and Customers.
The bank feed ensures reconciling the bank and having that confidence is very easy and allows more time then to look at the value adding areas of accountancy.
Sage Accounting is constantly updating with new features and reports which help to take a step back from a transactional level and allow a more analytical approach. This is helped further by Sage Accounting making the day to day transactions quick and efficient to post.
There is the ability to run reports as CSV files and then you can manipulate these however you wish, I use this function for the management accounts by exporting the trial balance, feeding this into my excel file and then this auto populates the accounts.

I'd personally put Sage Accounting on a par with Xero but significantly ahead of Quickbooks. I'd say the choice falls down to individual needs and choice. Sage Accounting offers a fair and not substantial monthly cost, with this being a monthly cost that's helpful particularly for business start-ups. It the allows importing into other Sage packages should the business "out grow" Sage Accounting and want a different suite such as Line 50 which is also fantastic. Data can be imported and this no need to start again inputting existing customers and suppliers.
