Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

This tool is a godsend for the marketers. Easy to use and allows to expand the reach of target client and people. It helps in growing business with bringing in potential clients and maintain the database for their requirements. This Product is amazing in every aspect as it gives an edge to build more business and helps in marketing through various mediums like emails, apps, webs etc.

  • Collects data from different sources helping in visualization and analysis as required
  • Data Management with personalization or segmentation as required
  • First thing come to mind is cost as it is not affordable for everyone
  • Not everyone can use it easily so I would say it can be created with little less complexity. Creating customization is a little difficult.
  • Not mobile friendly which is a must need in today's world
  • Sometimes integration with other platforms can be challenging depends on the complexity in nature.

I could easily build and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiative with this platform. Apart from this, Another key benefit of the platform that I used is ability to optimise the platform for data management and analysis.
We are now more aware of how to use Salesforce rather than SAP. So ease of working is one of the reason.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is well suited for integrating multiple set of data bringing in all the information together to make a well informed decision on the other hand the cost implication puts it out of the coverage from lower medium to small companies which can be a potential target customers. Although the platform is little complex but it certainly solves the problem of integrating information about client data, revenue, etc at one place.
