Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Oddly enough, we're using Salesforce Sales Cloud for our post-purchase records, and it is definitely working great! It was the last piece that we needed to complete the business plan, though we know that we can also use Salesforce Sales Cloud with its other features! It's best paired with integration with other apps that we use, and it is very flexible with developers, so you can make the most of it!

- Opportunity Creation.

- Developers can do a lot of things in it!
- It would be awesome if Sales Cloud could provide learning materials and developer-like materials so that we can maximize and expand more of what we can accomplish right now.
- API Integration is very reliable, but it would be nice to have integrations setup easily.
- Errors aren't easy to fix, and there are no instructions on how to fix them. It would be a big help if we could easily fix them!
- It helped us organize records of all our clients depending on the details they put.
- Collecting Leads and which gives us a boost in marketing strategy and sales pitches.
- It improved our Sales based on the number of Leads that came in and were converted monthly.
- It was centralized and had the capacity to integrate with our invoicing system! Our team did not need to make the invoice in the other platform, as we were able to integrate it into Salesforce!
After the opportunity is completed, we will send an automated survey to clients to see how we did with our service. When they provide good ratings, they'll receive special offers and ask for reviews in trustpilot+google review. For unsatisfied clients, we make an automation for customer support on who's assigned to the opportunity. This way, customer support can contact them and do the retention process.
Salesforce provides a wide variety of options that you can customize and tailor-fit to the process you want for your business to run. Also, we're using the comms tool Slack, which is now owned by Salesforce, which helps us monitor the business's movements even if we're not on a PC and just using our phones.
