Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud (SFDC) to manage all sales routine. Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, Quotes and Partners. I have been working for the last 9 years in software companies and all of them (AppDynamics, Cisco, Harness and Zscaler) use and recommended SFDC. The level of integration and volume of data processes is incredible and new features evolving AI will bring more value to the solution and make sales and marketing teams life easier.

Data is the life blood of a mature sales organization. I'm in Latin America and the challenge for us is that most of the times the data is not 100% accurate because I suppose the biggest part of efforts are concentrated in US and EMEA. I believe there is a good space to improve.
In this case I listed two solutions (Clari and People.ai) complementary and one competitor. In my humble opinion Pipedrive is not competing for the same target market and SFDC is 100% consolidated in Enterprise segment as the only possible option for best in class companies with high patterns of sales maturity and governance.
