Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
As a one person company, ScreenConnect has vastly improved my ability to support my clients. I have tried other products in the past and wish I'd found ScreenConnect sooner. Being able to connect through a cloud service like ScreenConnect makes it so much easier to help clients while I'm on the road.
- Remote software support from anywhere.
- Server monitoring without requiring the customer to have a static and VPN.
- The ability to see a client's screen while they are using their computer to walk them through issues.
- None that I have found so far.
- In the few months that I've had ScreenConnect, it's saved me hours of traveling to clients.
- Clients really like the fact that my company can easily connect to them from anywhere.
The ability to remote in without having the customer have to load a piece of software prior to connecting is the best feature.
