Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
We used Sendoso in the marketing department as well as in the sales department. It was led by marketing but the heavier users were in sales. Sendoso makes it extremely easy to send out loyalty gifts to clients and also [drop-ship higher-end] marketing campaigns.

- Track/store inventory of items being sent to clients[.]
- Be nice if it was easier to find examples of what types of items/packages are available
- It has sometimes taken longer than expected to get quotes[.]
- We had an increase in people visiting our booth at a conference based on receiving an item via Sendoso and bringing it with them to the show.
- We have seen more leads come in from partners ever since we started sending reps at those partner companies gift packages as certain benchmarks for leads were hit.
Local vendors, including print & mail houses, are the only thing I can compare to Sendoso for similar services. Local vendors are good for ordering a bunch of swag to have at the office or [giving] away at conferences but if you are looking to send items to clients/prospects on-demand then a tool like Sendoso is a must.
