Overall Satisfaction with SMARTe Data Platform
I use SMARTe on a daily basis in my prospecting activity. SMARTe offers multiple ways to support the prospecting activity, I tend to use the Chrome Extension to unlock contact details from LinkedIn Sales Nav. Given the difficulty in finding this information working in Europe, I have to admit that the tool has helped me a lot in this.
My prospecting work has been faster, more efficient and more precise, so my feedback is extremely positive.

- Tracking the relevant role within the company
- Understanding companies organization
- Efficiency of Chrome Extension. Sometimes page is not loading
- Duration of log in, usually with a day of not use logs out automatically
- List of contact unlocked better sorted out and available

- Increased response rate thanks to more way to reach out
- Increased conversion rate
Very similar, probably Lusha has a bigger database atm. But for the same contacts SMARTe has more details.
So for a deep unlock I tend to prefer SMARTe over Lusha.
Experience with Lusha was very short, especially because SMARTe deals better with GDPR obligations, so easier to use it from a company perspective.
