Overall Satisfaction with Socio
We used Socio for 2 days with 300 attendees at a virtual conference. We were able to have registration integrated with our event platform that showcased the agenda, presenters, and vendors.
- Accessible for persons using screen reading
- Ease of use for attendees to navigate the platform
- Easily available support for building out the platform
- I would like more options in the build out phase that are customizable.
- Having a field to confirm emails as that's the way to access the platform and if they transpose letters, then we do not have a valid email.

- With high interest in our virtual conference, we charged less than in-person but were able to offer access to recorded sessions for more credits possible than an in-person conference.
