Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Social networks present a large percentage of importance in our company and in each of the sectors. Currently, Sprout Social is being used in all areas of our company, however, in the areas where it is most used is in the Marketing, Sales, and Projects sector. Sprout Social is being used in the various sectors of my company because it has provided us with a system where we can have total control of our social networks, we can keep track of the audience that our publications have, the amount of public they capture the publications of various topics on our various social networks. With Sprout Social, we have been able to link our company account on social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This software has meant a lot to us in a positive way, it has helped us to manage all social networks from a single site, we can make all kinds of publications on all social networks of the company simultaneously, in addition, we can know statistically the amount of public that accesses the visualization of our publications. I am very grateful to the great results that Sprout Social has contributed since it arrived in our business environment, things have changed in a positive way and it has allowed us to be more active in our social networks, share more publications with our clients and keep them informed about all our services. Sprout Social has had a very good impact on our Marketing sector, we have been able to expand the advertising that is on our social networks thanks to this magnificent platform that allows us to publish content simultaneously.

Pros and Cons

The Landscape system that Sprout Social offers allows me to modify all the images that I want to publish on my social networks. This service allows me to modify the size of the image, add filters, modify the colors and much more, it is a very important tool to be able to have a better presentation of the images that we use in our publications on social networks.
It offers me a perfect statistical system where I can consult all kinds of movements that have occurred in all my social networks, I can see statistics individually or generally. The statistics allow me to see group reports, participation, information on audience movement on Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn and also allow me to view the activity that has occurred in my account.
Sprout Social allows me to view a record in real time that shows me all the movements that my social networks are having by my employees. As Director of the Marketing Sector, this is a very important role, as I can know what actions my employees are taking to improve marketing with social networks.

Currently, I think we are just having a problem with Sprout Social. The problem that we are having is not with respect to its operation, but with the plans that this software offers us. Sprout Social charges us an additional fee when we integrate a new employee to our work team, this causes that when a new employee joins the areas where we use Sprout Social the most, the subscription rate that we must pay is higher. The fees for each user of the equipment is quite high, I have consulted and there are softwares that offer similar functions at a much more accessible price. Currently, we pay these high prices because we are having very good results in our social networks, we have had full control of each of them and we can keep them active at all times, however, I think we could get better prices or a much more accessible plan for us.

Return on Investment

The activity of all our social networks improved significantly after the arrival of Sprout Social, now we can make more publications in less time for all our clients.
The high costs of Sprout Social memberships and the cost of adding a new team member to the system has had a negative impact on us. I hope I can pay less to use Sprout Social as the fees are currently too high.
I have generated greater satisfaction for our clients thanks to the fact that we keep active various campaigns on our social networks with this Sprout Social system.

Sprout Social is extremely easy to use. First, it is important to note that the implementation and configuration of Sprout Social was quite easy, it is impressive how little it took to implement this service in our Marketing sector, in addition, the general usability is quite easy, the sections to access the dashboard statistics is easily accessible. It is also very easy to control all our social networks from the main panel, Sprout Social offers us an extremely complete panel where we can make simultaneous and individual publications, and it also allows us to see real-time statistics of the behavior of all our social networks. Sprout Social has been easy for all of my employees to use.

Support Rating

During the implementation period, several doubts arose regarding how we had to do to be able to link our social networks and start obtaining statistics and managing them from Sprout Social, the process was somewhat confusing, however, the support team was quite attentive during this configuration process and gave us various steps and tips to configure it correctly. The constant help we received from the Sprout Social Support team had no cost, we did not pay for a help package to solve our doubts, everything was answered free of charge and immediately.

First of all, I would recommend this platform to those companies that have a good investment capital so that they can pay for the expenses generated by the administration of social networks through work teams, the plans offered by Sprout Social are quite expensive but the results are effective and very remarkable soon. I recommend this platform to any company that is looking for a much more feasible way to manage the large volume of social networks, Sprout Social has qualified tools to keep social networks active simultaneously, it allows employers to share information in each social network and can statistically view the reach that each publication has had.

In the same panel, you can see the progress that has been made on social networks such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn. All the statistics that Sprout Social offers are very detailed, they show the audience obtained and the participation that has been in a certain time, which allows that seeing the progress of each social network, is not a problem for any employee.
