Most of the tools we are using is under the Okta Identity Cloud and because of that, we are positive that our access is always secured, protected and always up to date. The good things I found in using the Okta Cloud is it always reminds me every time the password I am using on my tools is already close to the expiry. Not only that, it also suggesting me to change the password before it gets expired and what are the days before it gets expired. In that way I can decide for my self if I want it to update my password right away or maximize the expiration date. I love the way it gives me the freedom to choose what day should I reset my password. In case I really missed the days on updating the password, the time I logged on my tools it will ask me to update my password right away so it will not cause me any inconvenience in the future. It is friendly-user and at the same time, the security is tight and as long as you follow the instructions, you will never get any confusions or inconvenience in using it. I highly recommend it to other business organizations because it is easy and safe to use.
