Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
My organization uses the Okta Identity Cloud across all our apps for easy access. The ability to quickly access everything from a single tile page makes it easy to navigate and operate. Compared to other identity providers, I will always find Okta more user-friendly and easy to operate.

Yes. My organization uses the Okta Identity Cloud across all of our apps for ease of access. The ability to quickly access everything from a single tile page makes it easy to navigate and operate. Compared to other identity providers, I will always find Okta to be much more user friendly and easy to operate.
I have not personally interacted with anyone from Okta on the account operations/enablement side. As such, I can only provide my positive experience feedback as a result of being a successful business user of their platform. Other than that, I think they do a great job from what I've seen and done.
My organization has never had an outage on Okta. As such, I think it speaks highly to the uptime provided because our organization has never been negatively impacted by an outage caused by Okta's operations. I would endorse their uptime as a result of this positive experience at my organization.
