Overall Satisfaction with Todoist
I use Todoist to organize my business. I have multiple projects (blog post ideas, business development, clients, etc) and each of these can be scheduled for a particular date. I'm a one-woman business, so Todoist is a simple way for me to take notes and plan out client work without the complexity of Airtable or ClickUp.
- Organizing projects.
- Setting reminders and due dates for tasks.
- Sharing tasks or projects with others.
- It is difficult to a comment on a task; no option for bullet points.
- Reminders requires the premium level.
- No task hierarchy.
- Speeds up my task management, leaving more time for client work.
- Setting reminders ensures tasks don't get forgotten.
- Easy to assign tasks to others.
I tried both ClickUp and Airtable for task management, but they were too complex for my needs and each had a major learning curve. Todoist is intuitive to use from the start and not bloated with features I would never use. It was easy to jump in and add projects, tasks, and set reminders and due dates.
