Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
We use UKG Pro company-wide as our primary payroll and time management system. Additionally, we take advantage of its full HRIS reporting suite to process taxes, PPACA reporting, EEO reporting, Workers' Compensation reporting. Recently, we have added performance management and learning management products.

UKG Pro is competitive in its pricing models but more transparent than some other products we have used. They are consistently ranked as one of the top employers in their industry and this comes across in all dealings with their employees from contract negotiations, to implementations, to ongoing support. Their customer support is what makes it hard to consider moving away.
PPACA reporting was daunting as a first-time filer. The same goes for the first time building and implementing an updated open enrollment. In both scenarios, the user guides for self-service were helpful and when I was stuck, a quick phone call to rapid response resolved the issue quickly.
