Overall Satisfaction with Workday Human Capital Management

I was using Zoho and other in house applications to managed the different department but post implementation of HCM module I am really got great productivity and results which I was looking for my organisation.
Initially my team wa confused between SF and Workday Human Capital Management but now everyone is very much satisfied.

I had used it as a basic level yet but the features and benefits are really helpful.
It has automated our hiring process right from getting the best job description to search, automation of shortlisting the best candidate, scheduling the interviews, offer and pipeline management. Once candidate onboard, it helped in induction, job creation also.
It is worldwide acceptable application in compare to other available applications.
