Overall Satisfaction with Xero
First, I want to say, overall I LOVE XERO. Several years back, I made a business decision to only offer Xero. When we have clients who use other software, they have to agree to switch to Xero. Xero is good for training for new employees and business owners. The concept of money spent and receive helps business owners understand. The reporting is great. The reason I did not give them a 10 out of 10 is due to customer service. I wish similar to another larger company there was LIVE support. You can go weeks and never get anyone to respond. Xero loves responding with a video. This is great for larger firms. A company my size does not have the time to view a video, just provide the answer.

- Eliminating duplicate posting of contact.
- More plug in similar the other major accounting software.
- Xero has helped in regards to training new staff. Xero has made it easy for people to understand money spent and money received.
- Xero has made it easy to show clients how to retrieve their information.
- Xero has done a POOR way of transferring the QuickBooks account. I wish it would match the name to the one in Xero or allow you to match. I had that I have 2 of the same account when we upload a new client.
- [I believe] Xero does a POOR job with the plugin. many people leave me because QuickBooks has the plug-in.
- Timesheet tracker. {I feel that] Xero's is POOR. I use T.Sheet which was purchased by Quickbooks and I hate the new system.
Xero is easier to train but does not have all the plug-ins.

Yes - nothing has been resloved.
only when you finally are able to get a person the support is better. however, they always say i have to get back with you. QuickBooks they answer might away.
