Overall Satisfaction with Xero
We use Xero in its full capacity. Xero does cut down on paper usage. Further it is a standard accounting system. I do have to say there are quite a few things that bother me about Xero, they keep changing layout and not implementing new features.
Plus with the Xero Ledger account which is cheaper the client can't do any processing, and the Accountant will just charge you more money.

- The support is quick with answers.
- They have you upload documents and PDFs which cut paper usage.
- Xero is relatively user friendly.
- They need to start adding features and stop changing they layout.
- In the Xero Ledger function allow the client to also process.
- Start going through the suggestions that people make, you will find good stuff there.
- They could really add a delivery note function, that would be super great, in saving time. We do up to 20 delivery notes a day at each branch and we do it manually.
- I do like that you can change the source transaction to correct a mistake.
- It being online makes it great to work anywhere.
- If they can add a report function on the mobile app that would be great.
Xero is online and much more user friendly.
