Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Campaigns
Zoho Campaigns is being used to manage email marketing efforts within the marketing department of the organization. With its connection and reliance on Zoho CRM is perhaps its greatest strength, as it allows the marketing department to organize its efforts across the various silos. The insights drive and direct the email campaigns.
- UI is amazing. Really on point
- Automation! Automation of email campaigns, social media outreach, everything
- Again, great autoresponders. Almost as good as an AI
- Better templates?
- Easier updating of templates?
- The video training is a little obtuse/vague/hard to come by
- Direction is made on marketing campaigns much quicker and easier (ie, less deliberation and back-and-forth)
- Quicker response rates means better customer service, as well as more energy devoted to more pressing/important matters
- Less money spent on campaigns (through reduction of overhead), while similar gains are made in customer retention
I've used MailChimp before, which is a great tool (I might prefer it in many situations), but for our needs in our organization, we went with Zoho Campaigns. This decision was made because of the painless integration with Zoho CRM, which we already use and love. This was the major reason for choosing Zoho Campaigns, however, in retrospect, I've found that this product also has greater functionality (if hidden originally).
