Overall Satisfaction with Influitive
We use Influitive as a customer-facing community resource for Prophix customers that supports collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement among like-minded users. Its purpose is to strengthen adoption, nurture cross/upsell opportunities, mobilize acts of advocacy and strengthen retention. It also offers a gamified experience. With each completed activity, customers earn points that they can redeem for rewards (e.g. Prophix-branded items, charity donations, or Amazon/Starbucks/Stubhub giftcards).

Influitive allows us to bridge the gap between our Customer Success team and Marketing/Sales teams and has allowed us to take note of our key superpromoters. Before Influtive there were many emails sent by different people in the organization to try and recruit/mobilize advocactes, but with Influitive we are able to roll-out campaigns and activities that recruits/mobilizes advocated in a time-effective and accurate way
