Overall Satisfaction with Influitive
My company has been using Influitive for the past two years to manage our customer advocacy program. It helps us provide a centralized place for our customer advocates to go to see our latest educational content, marketing content, community discussions, and advocacy opportunities. They receive points for everything they do and redeem those points for rewards like swag or a product certification. We reluctantly renewed for a third year; however, we are looking at other vendors for 2025.
- User experience for customers
- A HUGE miss is that when an advocate completes a challenge they can't go back and look at their previous responses which also prevents them from responding to other members who respond to their comments
- General respect for their customer base
- It sometimes saves us time when finding references but it lacks proper reference management functionality
- Our customers say they don't have time to log into another tool just to complete challenges
Influitive was implemented when I joined so I have no idea what we did before.
