Who says you can’t measure love? At TrustRadius, we can, and we have some of the most-loved products out there on our site. Last year, we developed several formulas to quantify or measure love sentiment expressed in customer reviews.

Our highly technical award-selection process, driven by math, spreadsheets, and love potions, uses formulas within adorable names like “loveCount”, “loveDensity”, and “lovePercentile”. With so much love in the air, this year we are announcing a new formula: “Super saturated love”. This love formula recognizes the top 20 vendors with over 200% love density in their reviews.

The TrustRadius Most Loved Award winners can literally wear their hearts on their sleeves by donning the Most Loved Award badge wherever their heart desires. This badge is a statement of their mathematically proven lovability, and we love that about them.

Without further ado, the industrially infatuated, the professionally passionate, the Most Loved software products of 2022. We have taken the liberty of highlighting the top ten winners; the full list is below.

Top ten Most Loved products of 2022

1. HubSpot Marketing Hub

Hubspot Marketing Hub is at the top of our Most Loved list, and a recent Top Rated award winner. This heartthrob saw a love density of over 1,000%! For those not versed in the science of love, this means they saw ten mentions of “love” for every single review! This incredible marketing automation tool was #9 on our list last year, and we can only hope Hubspot Marketing Hub knows what a heartbreaker they have on their hands (don’t worry, we emailed them). Users particularly praise the Hubspot product’s ease of use and wealth of features.

“We moved across almost exactly 12 months ago and got rid of all the PAIN(!) of WordPress, themes, CRM, mail tools and an endless selection of third party tools—all of which we were trying to integrate to do just what HubSpot already did—and a thousand times better! We now use HubSpot for everything”

Alex Chapman, Co-Creator ┃Totally Optimized Projects┃Management Consulting, 1-10 employees

ConnectWise control is a remote desktop software that allows users to support, access, and collaborate their computers from anywhere. With incredible scores in implementation, scalability, and performance, there is plenty to love about this software.

“I use ConnectWise Control to manage 100+ IT customers on a daily basis, as well as access personal resources remotely. Without ConnectWise, it would be nearly impossible to offer the level of service that I can by using ConnectWise.”

Better sales, happier customers, in an easy-to-use package? Enough to make any organization blush.
