I strongly recommend Advanced Insight reporting for anyone using the product as it really helps in getting the information we need out of the system quickly and accurately. Return on Investment	AbsenceSoft We are able to effectively manage leaves for 2200+ employees located across 13 different US states and keep all of the local and national laws/programs up to date with clean cases and clear communications. AbsenceSoft's AbsenceTracker saves us countless hours from our prior manual processes. The value of the product is well worth the cost. It is an excellent value for the expense.
