AbsenceSoft vs. LeavePro from Alight

AbsenceSoft and their software produce AbsenceTracker is phenomenal. It's easy to use, easy to update, easy to manage. I strongly recommend Advanced Insight reporting for anyone using the product as it really helps in getting the information we need out of the system quickly and accurately. I love the texting feature, especially with new parents, as it helps us get quick responses from our employees on leave.

• AbsenceSoft's AbsenceTracker saves us countless hours from our prior manual processes.
• The value of the product is well worth the cost. It is an excellent value for the expense.
