Acrolinx vs. PitchGrade

I have used Acrolinx as an integrated tool with Microsoft Office. I use Office tools on a regular basis and need new formatting options for not only presentations slides but also for document creation, email templates, etc., and here is where Acrolinx helps me on a daily basis. Acrolinx, however, suffers from some frequent unavailability of the tool, which results in some disturbance, but overall the experience is great with the software.

For now, it seems that Pitchgrade is best suited to giving feedback on corporate decks, whether they be for investors or colleagues in a team setting. I don't, however, see any reason that they would not also be able to give high quality feedback on other kinds of presentations, such as lectures or student assignments. If they do in the future, I will definitely use them to assess my lectures for students!

• It would be helpful to be able to share results with others

I only have Acrolinx integration with Microsoft Office and Outlooks suites.

I have not found another product like PitchGrade. Although there are some services that charge a lot of money to provide feedback from an "expert" within a few days, I have not used any of them. The fact that Pitchgrade was free and instant made it a no-brainer for me to start using it. I imagine many companies will catch on to what PitchGrade is doing and try to imitate what they do at some point, however.

• I haven't calculated the exact financial benefits, but indeed Acrolinx has contributed greatly to the quality of the content my company has been producing
• With enhanced formatting, themes, and organization of the documents, emails, and presentations, we have been able to attract new customers, resulting in more business
• With the offerings Acrolinx have, team's productivity has increased manifolds
