ADP
It is relatively easy to use for recruitment and onboarding. Payroll is good. The benefits side could use some work. As I stated before, the file feeds that go over to the carriers consistently send inaccurate information that causes employee benefits to be incorrect (life insurance amounts, etc.). And, frequently there are random changes to employee benefits that no one can explain. We have had scenarios where employee life insurances were dropped, the amounts of voluntary spouse life insurances were suddenly taken back to a guaranteed issue amount and benefits being dropped completely when an employee was transferred between companies.

Cons
ADP
  • The file feeds that go over to the carriers. We are constantly finding errors on employee benefits. We consistently have to "babysit" to catch errors.
  • The cases under the support section. They're difficult to read and ADP Comprehensive Services can be very slow to respond. If we call the MyLife Advisors, we typically get someone who isn't even in this country and can not answer our questions.
  • When an ADP Comprehensive Services rep has to go into the system and "fix" something, or when there is an update, it seems like more errors are created in another area.

I continue to be pleased with ADP and they rate well above the others in my eyes.
