There seems to be high turnover with the payroll rep, ours keeps changing sometimes without notice. Our HR business partner has been the same for over a decade and she is great. Cons	ADP The file feeds that go over to the carriers. We are constantly finding errors on employee benefits. We consistently have to "babysit" to catch errors. The cases under the support section. They're difficult to read and ADP Comprehensive Services can be very slow to respond. If we call the MyLife Advisors, we typically get someone who isn't even in this country and can not answer our questions. When an ADP Comprehensive Services rep has to go into the system and "fix" something, or when there is an update, it seems like more errors are created in another area.
