• although I wasn't directly involved in the ADP Global Payroll integration with our HRIS system ( Workday) the timeline was exhausting. The project tool 4 months to finalize, mainly (as I was communicated) because of ADP Global Payroll limitations.

There are areas such as support from ADP team, adding or editing ROE, adding benefits needs improvements. If I have any questions I find it hard to reach out to the appropriate support personal to get help timely. Also I want to get more customized reports as well.

My organization switched from Papaya to ADP Global Payroll as we scaled. The main win was with Papaya we had to rely on local in-country networks for execution, which produced a lot of friction. ADP Global Payroll addressed that.

• Value for money on the current investment, as it saves time by avoiding manual translation of salary data.
• Tracking documents for the tax slab overall reduces the time to process earlier from 1 week to 2-3 days.
