We have used Topaz Gigapixel AI and recommended it to many friends, peers, and colleagues in the industry. We do this because we have had great success in using Topaz Gigapixel AI on landscape images to increase the quality and clarity of terrain and geographical features that play an important role in conveying the 'grandness' of a location - yet needed that extra boost that Topaz Gigapixel AI is able to provide. We've used Topaz Gigapixel AI to successfully and beautifully upscale and sharpen portraiture photography where it is imperative to capture the ultra-realistic essence of the person, their character, the beauty as well as their imperfections. That's what's great about Topaz Gigapixel AI, it doesn't 'mask' or 'make things up' that aren't there. It simply makes them all better. We have great equipment and excellent craftsmanship, however, having tools on hand like the Topaz Gigapixel AI software is a no-brainer for us to use in our work. It helps us make great work even greater. And that's everything we can hope for in focusing on real people in our photographs. Trust the process. People will recognize and call it out if you get something wrong. Yet, no one says a thing when it all looks so good that that is all they can focus on. Well, that's exactly why we use Topaz Gigapixel AI in our day to day workflows.

Because the software is great. I have forced myself to learn it. I highly recommend to others. This is a game changer. Adobe is evil for going all subscription and not giving anyone the option to purchase lifetime versions of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign it is CRIMINAL

I have not had much opportunity to go directly to support, but the training modules that are employed by the company are fantastic. I also find that if I need to understand something, there is always another user ready and willing to share their secrets. As this tool becomes more accepted local communities will also start to organize

Topaz always responds to my questions in a few hours or a day at most. They've been able to explain their answers and give detail I needed to complete my work. Their instructions are quite clear and easy to use. I haven't had to reference any third-party support sources to get answers.

First, Affinity has a much more attractive licensing model for users: Buy it once, use it forever. That's great and means one less recurring cost for a company. But I can go further, and as I've mentioned in other questions, Affinity has a very refined and polished interface, as well as superior performance, especially compared to Adobe's tools. On our team, we use Figma as the main tool focused on Product Design, and where it falls short, we complement it with Affinity. Price and product quality are the factors that make this choice happen.
