This is the most appropriately designed tool that will help you meet all the needs of your business. If I talk about my organization I would say it is very useful too for productivity in our organization.

• It provides a great documentation to get started with, which makes the life of Devs easy
• The UI and the metrics graphs are beautify crafted, so all the insights can be easily seen when logged into the system
• The product is really really fast, it makes your app fly. It gives the extra boost that you need in scaling up.

• Support has always been a positive experience
• When doing initial cdn shopping it was nice to talk to a person to understand how pricing and structure worked compared to others where you just had to use a calculator.

• Alibaba Cloud CDN doesn't have the automatic SSL attachment to web apps, which can be great if provided.
• A economical and startup friendly billing plan can be added.
• CDN locations needs to be increased.

• This is quite expensive tool.
• Since this is a technical tool, there is a steep learning curve.

Alibaba Cloud CDN is very cost-efficient and faster in some cases than the competitors. It also provides the latest documentation, so you don't have to go through hundred of pages of decade-old documentation like some of the competitors. Along with that they provides state of the art analytics and insights platform which makes the decision making process smooth.
