TraceLink
Our organization supply chain relies of a vast number of manufacturing organizations and warehouse companies , TraceLink's huge pre existing network partners allows us to onboard them in weeks rather than wasting time connecting them one by one. TraceLink is not suitable for small companies, it is not logical for small volume companies to use such a big enterprise level software and get burden of setup and operational costs.

TraceLink
The reason of giving this rating is that the TraceLink system is a bit complex to understand for non technical ware house workers. Navigating through the different modules is a bit rigid. It requires extensive training to learn the workflows or resolve errors. Also the UI is lacking the intuitive features that modern web applications have.

TraceLink
TraceLink differentiate itself through network volume rather than internal software design. It has the ability to eliminate specialized b2b integration projects. Ultimately, TraceLink was selected because our organization required building standalone data bridges to a vast network of suppliers, otherwise it would have delayed compliance deadlines and incurred huge IT consulting budget.
