• Data storage, management and access from anywhere greatly help in optimizing the operations.
• Uploaded files can be edited/ commented with ease which greatly helps in teamwork/ feedback.
• Old archived data can be searched / accessed with ease.

If I wanted to use just onsite storage the StorSimple device is already paid for.
