Apartments.com vs. Crexi

Customer service for Crexi is completely terrible. They'll lull you into a one year contract for their Pro tier. But what they won't tell you, is that if you change your credit card information and refuse to re-up your contract, they will send you straight to collections without hesitation. No "What could we have done better?" No "We're sorry to see you go." Straight to collections. And then when you fight them on it, they get defensive.

I have been a user since day one and I find the platform very intuitive and easy to navigate

I think Crexi is the best platform for getting the broadest exposure on our new listings
