The pricing is based on the number of people in the church. All premium features are available in all paid plans. Features only available in the paid plans: 1- Unlimited scheduled emails to communicate with members, guests, volunteers, and givers without limits or delays. Includes automatic reminders, confirmations, and thank-you messages. 2- Custom member registration forms to collect needed information from members when they register for an account with the church. 3- Paid Events with guest registration options. Event fees for attendance can be charged, with discounts offered for early birds and groups, and with promo codes. Guests can register for events and collect their contact details. 4- Volunteer Scheduling. Volunteers can be schedled and assigned roles, with reminders and feedback to keep them motivated and engaged. Volunteers can also manage their participation and see who they’re teaming up with during the event. 5- Online Giving and Pledges Management. One-time and recurring online donations and pledges, tracked in real time. Can be used to send statements and thank-you notes for givers that generate reports for tax purposes. 6- Guest & Member Views. Drag & drop cards, customized by what guests and members can see: upcoming events, forms, donation options, blog posts, other content relevant to the church and its members. 7- Automated Tasks. Automatically sends emails, SMS messages, or push notifications on members' birthdays or anniversaries and follow-ups to engage with new givers. 8- Free data migration from an existing system, within about five working days, guidance is available to help move in from wherever data is currently stored.

Likelihood to Recommend	Velora Aplos integrates with Bloomerang. It brings donations in as either individual or organization, but there is no name or account number associated with the transaction. When reconciling over 500 transactions each month, many at the same amount, it can be tedious to be sure I am reconciling the right transaction. Cons	Velora In my experience, report filters don't always work like they should. Recent updates have made entering transactions more complicated for me, instead of easier. No ability to delete or deactivate contacts so your list will always grow and you pay based on the number of contacts. Usability	Velora In my opinion, recent improvements have made working in Aplos more cumbersome, instead of easier. The new look seems less professional than the old look to me. I think there should be more options to have a default setting when starting some tasks, like opening a register. Support Rating	Velora In my experience, Aplos support used to be awesome...very quick responses and open to suggestions. I could even see my suggestions implemented from time to time. Now I get an answer, but it's usually 'that's how it is' and no solution. 'Improvements' are not improvements to me.
