ARCON PAM vs. BeyondTrust Privileged Identity (Legacy)

Best thing I like is the user access management. You can assign different users the different roles, so systems on the ARCONs become more secure. It comes with real-time threat detection which means we don't have to sit and watch every user's activity - ARCON does that for us. And we can use the recording feature if we diagnose any vicious behavior.

Works great in a Wiindows/Linux environments. Easy to roll out and especially easy to update. Account manager stays in touch often. Monthly training on the product is a plus.

• Improve the documentation to get more knowledge about easily using GUI.

CyberARK is superior in every way. Lieberman RED was selected by upper management without consulting with technical employees
