ARCON PAM vs. ManageEngine PAM360

Best thing I like is the user access management. You can assign different users the different roles, so systems on the ARCONs become more secure. It comes with real-time threat detection which means we don't have to sit and watch every user's activity - ARCON does that for us. And we can use the recording feature if we diagnose any vicious behavior.

What our company likes the most about this product is the fact that our users can also store their own credentials in this tool without sharing them with other users--as well as its high level of database encryption. This is really a great product that you should have, which has all the basic functionality for password management.

• After a network failure it is very difficult to log into the system.
• GUI is bit slow.
• Improve the documentation to get more knowledge about easily using GUI.
