It's certainly got it's benefits, but there are some bugs that they refer to as "features" which are more irritating than anything

We run into a lot of complications on the back end, but it seems easy enough for our clients

I wish we could auto enable workflows, and I don't like that notifications are sent to everyone on the review if you intend to do it or not.
