1) Easy system for both users - I can get a quick turnaround when I interview a volunteer and they need to be screened before a training.

We are happy with what the program does for us and how it alerts us if a volunteer candidate has been thoroughly screened. It is a helpful system and user friendly

It would be helpful to know what each report means and download multiple reports in one large zip file

Verified First is available when I need it. Today it was giving me a white out screen on the Bloomerang platform and I had to login through the website. This was the only time I have had a problem pulling up the system ad I am glad I can login another way.

Verified First's performance is reasonably quick. The turnaround time to process an applicant's background check is timely and efficient. I am also aware of where we are in the process. This is helpful and I can get candidates screen in time for an upcoming training which is important. This is why I gave it the rating that I did.

Initially, we had great support from the start through Verified First. When I had some questions a few months in, it seemed to take a longer time getting answers so it was unclear who I go to for system support. There should be a chat feature in the system that I can ask questions. I had questions regarding social security cards and it took a few days to get an answer. If reps change, it would be good to know that in advance.

It was helpful to have calls with the customer rep and be able to ask any questions before we implemented the system. I thought he was thorough and I liked the way we could create an order within the Bloomerang Volunteer system and the user would be notified at the same time. That was helpful

I can see where the system can be scaled. We have not needed to scale the program as there is only 1-2 managers who need to run reports. If there was a need to scale, other users could access the system, and we could train them internally. Our organization is small and does not have multiple departments or sites where we would need to roll this out at a larger scale
