Avatar Systems vs. Velosi ERP® - Flow

Avatar Systems is appropriate for basic routine medical visit charting. In my opinion, I would not use it for anythin beyond that. I was not impressed with Avatar's capabilities and customization. The system is great for locked down user level permissions.

• response times to tickets
• tier one support
• post transition support
• functionality improvements for templates
• more robust options for more than basic visit types

In my opinion, Avatar Systems would rank low on my list when compared to the others.
