Job is secure here. I have seen many people who work for only 2-3 hours a day but are still sitting. Work culture is the best. HR will listen to your problems and actually work on it. Leaders are also good. No ego issues. The best part is the leaders survey that is conducted every year. Free transport (both sides), subsidised food, creche are some other benefits of working in this company
