If you have the need to get custom information/content out to employees in your organization, I highly recommend Axis Suite. Once it's up and running, the content management system is extremely easy to use--even for those who aren't good with technology. Cons	AxisRooms Travel Distribution Solutions One slight issue is the complexity of Axis Suite design. It can be extremely complex to design custom content. My organization had to purchase "advanced configuration hours" to create a message that displayed weather information in all of our offices. Alternatives Considered	AxisRooms Travel Distribution Solutions In full transparency, I did not select Axis Suite. The service was selected by my boss. I inherited content management after she left and I moved into her role. Recently, I successfully pushed for a major software upgrade on the platform. I did this because I was pleased with Axis Suite and I felt like upgrading the content management system and look and feel of the digital signage was in my organization's best interest.
