Additional DetailsPricing for software-as-a-service should be simple and straightforward. All you need as a starting point is to identify your business needs and which parts of the EHS software might be valuable to your organization. Once you know what you need out of the software, you must identify what safety training programs are needed and what amount of training is needed. There are three options for online courses: Pay-as-You-Go: This is perfect for companies that need a few courses here and there. You can pick and choose what you need from the entire library and pay for only what you use. Pre-Paid Codes: This is valuable when you need to purchase 50–100 seats or more. Simply reach out to our team with the specific details, and we can touch base with the content owner(s) for volume pricing discounts. All Access: This is by far the best value. You pay a set amount per person, per month and have unlimited access to a full package of online safety training programs. See examples below. Six sample pricing models are mapped out . Standard Full Featured LMS Pricing uses the Pay-as-You-Go model for course pricing. The Custom System Pricing allows you to pick and choose the various parts of the software that you are interested in using and calculates tailored pricing for your company instantly. The other 4 options offer all the system features and functionality, plus a comprehensive library of online safety training programs. For a package that includes courses only, or for a specific combination of courses and features, reach out to one of our team members for more details.- An Active User is a user that logs in during a monthly billing cycle. Plans must have a minimum of 100, with additional Active Users purchased in bundles of 100.

SkyPrep LMS is well-suited to organizations that do not currently utilize an LMS. The support provided from step one through implementation is excellent. SkyPrep LMS not only wants to help make an organization run more efficiently when it comes to upskilling employees and/or clients, they also want to learn from the needs of organizations in order to better serve all of their clients.

  • Building a class is super easy from pre-recorded powerpoints, videos
  • Assessment Building and Quizzes are user friendly
  • The reporting features for both internal and external use by clients is robust, but also controllable
  • Very extensive administrative features can be administered dependent on client/company needs

  • Many of the features in the newly released "Studio" are difficult to understand
  • It would be great if I had more control of what data my dashboard contained
  • Need to streamline their email delivery system and offer fewer but richer features.

I say 9 instead of 10 not because of any lack of confidence in SkyPrep but only because I can't be sure how large or responsive my market -- male-friendly social workers and other helping professionals -- will be to my offerings.

The user interface is simple, clean, and intuitive to use for both learners and educators. Learning modules can be arranged in any fashion creators/educators desire and have assessments embedded within. Ordering of modules can be enforced, and content can be made optional or required easily. Everything is from top to bottom is customizable.

SkyPrep
SkyPrep LMS was the most cost-effective solution that had all our desired features and functionality. Each platform has a lot of similarities and for us, ensuring ease of navigation and cost were top priorities. SkyPrep LMS appeared to be the most user-friendly -- the others had great features and functions, but SkyPrep LMS appeared as the cleanest.

  • Previously we had a limited # of clients who paid for access to our LMS. SkyPrep LMS allows us to proudly charge for access to our LMS now. We expect to achieve our ROI in the next 12 - 34 months.
