Brivo
Brivo is a great cloud-based access control system. It is exactly what you want in this type of platform: solid, reliable, straightforward, and easy to use. We were in the process of rolling out a coworking space and initially became interested in Brivo due to its integration with Nexudus. Upon learning more about Brivo, we realized it was incredibly stable and scalable and decided to deploy it in two of our larger commercial office buildings.

Sentry Solo Screenshots

Screenshot of Sentry Solo — VirtualKey and VirtualKeypad eliminate hardware and make access mobile. This software can be added to any door, gate, or amenity entrance.Screenshot of VirtualKey — Users can directly open any access point from their mobile device within the Gate Sentry app using the VirtualKey, eliminating the need for clicks, keys, and fobs.Screenshot of Adding Visitors — Sentry Solo also extends to visitor access. Users add their visitors' names and phone numbers within the app, categorizing them as permanent or temporary. The system automatically sends a text to the visitor, containing a unique 5-digit access code specific to that visitor. Permanent visitors always have access, while temporary visitors' codes expire as set by the user.Screenshot of VirtualKeypad — Upon scanning the QR code with their mobile device, visitors are presented with the VirtualKeypad, eliminating the need for any app downloads, and transitioning the process to a mobile format. Visitors simply enter their unique 5-digit code into the VirtualKeypad, which then grants them access.
