CacheFly CDN vs. IBM Domain Name Services (DNS)

• Support has always been a positive experience
• When doing initial cdn shopping it was nice to talk to a person to understand how pricing and structure worked compared to others where you just had to use a calculator.

• This is quite expensive tool.
• Since this is a technical tool, there is a steep learning curve.

• Customer support could be improved.
• All other features are excellent except customer support team.

• Through its APIs, I am in a position of building the custom analytics in real-time.
• This tool helps us to enhance the productivity.
