Likelihood to Recommend	Optum Great for employers who have employees who want various options on how they can use/invest their HSA funds. Change Healthcare, from Optum provides links to Betterment and their own investing for multiple ways to diversify. It's easy to set up automatic deposits and still leave enough in the accounts for medical spending. Moving money is easy and there are great tools for seeing what you've deposited. Usability	Optum From a user/account holder side, it's a 10. Love it. From an employer/administrator side, it's a lot less user-friendly. It's hard to find the right website; the site looks like it was last updated in 1994, and there's very little that can be done on the employer site- it could easily be a direct setup from a third-party benefits website.
