Likelihood to Recommend	ChikPea, Inc. No answers on this topic	Shortcut Shortcut is very useful to organice your teams, we use it for Devs, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support areas. Each team has different objectives but the topics where 2 or more areas are involved, is when it shines with the categorization, sub-stories and story relationships. Everyone can see the updates and progress of the stories and receive notifications so the communication between the teams flows naturally Incentivized Verified User Read full review
