In general, it's a good tool to be used in the areas of patient education, and collections. Some well-suited scenarios where it could be best in the ground are as follows : 1. Areas related to billing 2. Areas related to practice management 3. Keeping the data in high volumes for patients. Some scenarios where it could be improved or where its less suited : 1. More enhancement and machine learning algorithms could be enriched. 2. Its scope could be enlarged to other sections of account and financial issues. 3. SOAP notes could be enhanced.

zHealth
zHealth is perfect for new practitioners. Even if the doctor is not billing insurance companies, having all the patient information and billing data in one organized place is more valuable than a new doctor may realize. zHealth is also helpful in choosing the diagnosis codes. They have training, if you want it, on a regular basis. You also have access to easy step-by-step instructions on platform usage. zHealth will actually respond quickly to client questions. They are always polite and professional. An established doctor's office has to take into consideration, other than demographics, the data transfer. No platform has a system to extract the SOAP notes. It is a bone of contention for me for all the EHR software/platforms.
