Cisco Webex Share (discontinued) vs. Poly Studio Series

Cisco Webex Share is more preferred to use in a meeting with more than 15 people where there are many presentations or content to be shared with others. Once connected with the main screen it becomes easy to share with others. There are scenarios like classroom teaching where Cisco Webex Share will be time-consuming to set up and hence normal HDMI setup will work.

Great devices if you need to hold small conferences. If there is a need to hold a conference for several dozen people, I would recommend using older models.

• It is necessary to make a PoE interface on the video codec itself, for convenient connection of PoE tablet control (TC-8)
• Simplify the first launch of the device in terms of network (external DHCP required)

Cisco Webex Share has made it easy to share the presentations in the meetings and hence the meeting time has drastically reduced. Moreover we have also tried to do collaborative work with Cisco Webex Share and it has been really helpful. Hence overall if something happens to the product I will be more than happy to renew the product.

• The discussion among the presentations has become very easy as remotely the members can share their screen. Hence the meeting time has reduced.
• We have been doing business meetings with many companies and hence Cisco Webex Share has made it easy and it has increased the profit of the company.
• Overall the return on investment has also increased.

• The devices showed good performance; there are no complaints about reliability
• The devices allow you to save several thousand dollars a year on renting the necessary equipment
