Well suited in scenarios where customer does not have any tool in place and wants to digitize the buyer as well as supplier experience. Especially helpful in scenarios where you need a common portal for all their suppliers Less appropriate in scenarios where customer is digitally matured and is looking for advance AI/ML capabilities

• It provides a self service portal where direct as well as indirect suppliers can update their profile, participate in contracts, submit PO acknowledgement and invoices
• Suppliers have complete visibility on their invoice status & payments

• The CloudBlue platform is quite scalable, and the ecosystem of included ISVs allows us to add any new product to the market immediately and simply.

• Overall look & feel and usability of the portal
• Need to bring is some RPAs and bots in place to automate the invoicing process and make it a touchless processing
• Should have the ability to validate supplier profile details

Expenzing Supplier Portal has a very lucrative pricing model and is essential for companies that are not completely matured in their digital procurement journey. Although I was not directly involved in the selection of this portal, what I really like about this tool is support provided to my suppliers and suppliers can complete all their sourcing and procurement activities from one single portal.

• In my very personal review, I can mention that this instrument does not have negative points that harm us; rather, we are quite practical with this product.
